Itinerary

Start in Bangalore / Mysore and end in Coimbatore / Bangalore! This 5-day tour combines the best of luxury stays and sightseeing in Coorg and Ooty.

Arrive at Bangalore / Mysore and transfer to Coorg. Check in at a luxury resort. Evening at leisure to relax and enjoy resort amenities. Overnight stay in Coorg.
Explore Abbey Falls, Raja’s Seat, Madikeri Fort, and coffee plantations. Enjoy cultural evenings at the resort. Overnight stay in Coorg.
Drive to Ooty via scenic routes. Check in at your luxury hotel. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Ooty.
Visit Ooty Botanical Gardens, Rose Garden, Ooty Lake, and Doddabetta Peak. Enjoy a Toy Train ride (Nilgiri Mountain Railway) for a scenic experience. Overnight stay in Ooty.
After breakfast, check out and transfer to Coimbatore / Bangalore for onward journey.

Payment Structure & Bank details

  • 30 days or more before departure: 50% non-refundable booking fee
  • 29 – 20 days before departure: 75% non-refundable booking fee
  • 19 days or less before departure: 100% payment required

  • Aadhar Card (mandatory for Indian travelers)
  • Travel Insurance (recommended)
  • Vaccination Certificate (if required)

Cancellation Policy & Charges

  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non refundable in any cases. Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellations charges will vary from 25 % - 50% of the total tour package cost. 100 % Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No show scenarios. No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other ChaloYatri services. ChaloYatri have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost. In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, ChaloYatri will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.

Refund policy

  • Refunds will be initiated within 30 working days from the date of cancellation as per the Cancellation Policy. This means that once you have canceled your booking and the applicable cancellation charges have been determined, the process of refunding the eligible amount will begin. It may take up to 30 working days for the refund to be processed and credited back to the original payment method.
  • It's essential to keep in mind that the actual time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account can vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or financial institution. Therefore, it's advisable to monitor your account and reach out to chaloyatri.com if you haven't received the refund within the stipulated time frame.

Terms & Conditions

  • All our packages are customizable except Fixed Departures. Guests are requested to have every discussion in written as verbal communications will not be entertained. The packages offered by ChaloYatri can be customized according to guest’s wish. To ensure smooth services, Company can also make alternations in the tour.The reasons for such changes can be acts of god, technical problems, sudden service issues, government policies or any other similar situation. Package will not be considered booked until advance amount have not been received by us. Travel dates of DND (Date not decided) packages should be affirmed within 3 Months of invoice issuance date. Delays may lead to certain inconveniences. To give better experiences to our guests, our company also rolls out special offers. This includes upgraded Hotels, Room Category, and Vehicle Type. No additional cost will be levied for such upgrades and this exciting news will be shared with you either before or during the trip.
